Just noticed that the security certificate seems to have expired on
https://www.marutan.net/ - Firefox won't even allow an exception to be
added.

Just FYI, Firefox 57.0.2 does here.

Transport Security (HSTS) to specify that Firefox only connect to it
securely. As a result, it is not possible to add an exception for this
certificate."

Yes, strange. I do see the `Strict-Transport-Security:
max-age=15552000' header in the HTTPS reply for `GET /'.
